Founded in 2011 on the basis of consolidated experience gained in the industrial valve sector, today, GrindTec is able to offer an assembly and testing service for gate, globe, check, ball, dual plate valves from 2″ to 48″ class 150 and any other constructive form compliant to various designs and applicable regulations, according to bills of materials and specific customer requirements.

GrindTec performs any kind of subcontract machining work to the customer’s valves as well as supply complete valve components from the forged and rolled cast in the required type of material (low-alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex and superduplex stainless steels), providing the associated certification.

GrindTec also manufactures any type of valve according to the customer’s drawing and indications in compliance with the required regulations and specifications and supplying the tested item to be submitted for commissioning by the final customer, complete with all the required certifications.

All this is possible thanks to GrindTec’s 2,500 square metre covered facilities, equipped with 6 T bridge crane and other suitable lifting and handling means.
